Rubber ring closing machine with programmable lockstitch bartack machine
For producing overlapped or flat-to-butt sewn-together elastic rings and LOGO recognition for briefs, pantyhose, medical bandages and similar items.
For rubber band widths from 2.5 to 55 mm, rubber ring circumference adjustable from 280 to 9,999 mm
The machine is equipped with a sensor that detects thick spots or bumps in the rubber
Smallest circumference of the rubber ring without stacking possibility – 140 mm.
Up to 691 seam patterns can be designed using a diskette with the machine’s programming device
Short changeover time between different devices
Short changeover time between sewing on butt to overlapped sewing
Sensor for band detection

Alarm light and buzzer indicates machine stop
Output: up to approx. 4800 rubber rings in 8 hours at 30 mm rubber width and up to 50 stitches per bartack at a max. stitch length of 2.8 mm
The performance is very much influenced by the number of stitches and the stitch length of the bartack as well as the quality of the elastic (denomination)

– Ironing station for 2800AML – device for smoothing the breaks and wrinkles caused by the tabling of the rubber belt to prevent the rubber from springing back before sewing if cut close to such a wrinkle – temperature, speed and running time of the conveyor belt are adjustable
